DETERMINE COMPUTER UNIVERSALLY UUID NUMBER AND BASEBOARD SERIAL NUMBER
This is how to obtain Computer Universally UUID Number from your computer
a. From windows start menu, type cmd to access command prompt. Then run cmd as administrator.
b. Type wmic path win32_computersystemproduct get UUID, and then press enter.

This is how to obtain Customer Computer Baseboard Serial Number
a. From windows start menu, type cmd to access command prompt. Then run cmd as administrator.
b. Type wmic baseboard get product, manufacturer, version, serialnumber, and then press enter.
